Fastway Couriers Ireland - Fartway strikes again

It's no secret that Fartway is by far and above the worst delivery company in the country, and my latest experience is no exception. A company that I've used to order items in the past have recently started using these cowboys.

An Post used to do the deliveries, and they were flawless. Fartway? Exact opposite.

I've been sent an email saying the item has been delivered, ( and this was from failed attempts already due to "incorrect address" ), and it has not being delivered.

Liars as usual.

Avoid this crowd at all costs. I am no longer purchasing from this retailer now that they're using Fartway.

And yes, I know, it's Fastway, but that company doesn't deserve to be called anything respectable since they show none to their customers.

Deuk Spine Institute - Failed surgery

Dont walkrun!

Out of concern for other people who may be hurt by Deuk, I want to share my experience. After living so many years in chronic back pain I was desperate for help.

During my zoom call consultation Deuk emphatically promised me he knew what my problem was and could give me my life back. He promised that I would be pain free. Even though the cost would be outside of insurance coverage I agreed. I was desperate.

He told me Id end up in a wheelchair if I didnt have the procedure done. Immediately following the laser disk repair procedure I was 100% pain free! I couldnt believe it! I gave a glowing video testimony with Deuk in his office.

You will see many of these on his YouTube channel.

Well3 days later my pain meds wore off and ALL the pain was back. I wasnt cured at all! And EVEN WORSE, I lost 50% of the strength in my legs and could barely walk now! I went from chronic pain to now not being able to hardly walk.

Deuk gave FALSE PROMISES to make a sale. He uses fear tactics to influence you to pay out of pocket. After the first procedure failed he promised hed deal with the pain with more procedures. I quote Dont be discouraged I can fix it.After spending $110,000 of my life savings I was left with still 100% pain and now was partially crippled from the procedure.

When I shared my concern with him in a follow up zoom he was obnoxious and rude saying he would no longer treat me because I had lost confidence in his ability to help me. I was left in worse condition, spent $110,000, was treated in a rude, obnoxious way and gaslighted. BEWARE of Deuk, his fear tactics and false promises. I wouldnt just walk.

Id RUN. Dont make the mistake I did out of desperation.

American Residential Warranty - Refrigerator not working

About the processing error on your mobile app I finally found a number for your customer service to try to place my order and they told my card was suspended and she did not know why and told me to call my bank which I did. It is straightened out with the bank and I called and made an order by phone using another credit card.

StubHub - Dodgers tickets I listed to sell are still pending, and dates of events have passed and are approaching!

To whom it may concern,

I just checked again and all my MLB L.A. Dodgers tickets Ive posted this month are now pending.

Why are all my tickets I listed for sale weeks ago now pending and not active, as they were when I posted them? I have never had this issue in the past and triple-checked that all the barcodes are correct. I (and stubhub) am losing my ticket sales because they havent been approved. I tried re-listing, too, and as in the email below, as well as in other emails, that this wouldnt be an issue, and the stubhub would contact me within a few hours if there was a problem, yet I have received no further emails, calls or correspondences.

Please validate and make my dodgers tickets active. The opening day (a big-ticket/event) is tomorrow at 1;00pm PST, and I want it listed today.

Epson - NO IT DID NOT get fixed I had to buy a new printer as my business canโ€™t wait on them.

I called the company told him what happened sent them proof of purchase showed them what my fault sign was that was coming across and they told me that it was not warranted less than six months old but if I wanted to, I could call back to corporate this is after being on hold for an hour to be told this I called back the next day. I talked to some lady and she kept telling me she had to ask her supervisor I called the number that was given to me by a supervisor for corporate.

I ended up hanging up because I was on hold for another 30 minutes. This is the second Epson printer Ive had that Ive had problems with.

I will not buy another Epson printer. I will not give Epson printers a good review .

Crowne Plaza - Being charged 250 dollars when no smoking in room occurred

I booked a hotel at ur establishment yesterday because I got married and I have stayed at this hotel many times and it was amazing .. I go to check out and my card was charged 250 dollars because the guy said it smelled like smoke .. me and my husband are smokers we are clearly seen on camera going outside to smoke the manager was rude and nasty to me when I called questioning the charge on my card he said he didnt care I wasnt getting a refund it smelled like smoke to him nothing he could do I told him to check his cameras im clearly on them going outside to smoke I told him me n my husband are smokers it will have a faint smell from clothes and being in the blanket and stuff he said thats not his problem and I wasnt getting a refund mind u I waited on hold for 20 min no one answered called back asked to speak to the manger the guy said he was not there and wouldnt be there until he had no idea I said I want to speak to who is in charge he transferred me to some rude *** guy who said he was a manager this is bad buisnesss and you guys need to fix this problem or u will lose a good customer

Refused me on my consumer rights despite not being in the wrong. Chased multiple times regarding my case but have been ignored in between my emails with different people handling it.

Had to directly reach out to the courier to help with my case, they too agree to assert my consumer rights and they should adhere as a seller.

Case has been on going for 5 months due to terrible responses and when different members handle my case they tend to ignore it leading me back to square one and repeating my case. At one point they resent an automated email claiming a parcel is on my way with the same tracking reference from my initial order only to find out it was no longer valid and they never sent a replacement at all.

Not advisable for bigger purchases due to their service.

I reside in Anderson South Carolina and I often visit the restaurant on Pearman Dairy Rd. I have had many issues there with a manager by the name of Sandy.

Well today I went back to the restaurant for a remake of a mistake they made with my food yesterday. I didn't go back the same day the mistake was made because I didn't realize it until I got home and ready to eat. They had given us someone else's food and it's not the first time this has happened. I went inside today to let the manager know that I was back from yesterday.

Well they didn't give me a receipt for my order the day before besides I only had two $5 biggie bags so I didn't really need it I knew what I ordered for my children. The manager was loud while talking to me saying they couldn't give out free food "anymore" without a receipt. I said ma'am I paid for my food , it wasn't free. They gave us someone else's food instead of what we ordered and the employee in the drive thru never handed us a receipt.

The manager said to me, "You've done this before over and over I remember" So I replied yes I have because if I spend my hard earned money to eat here and you all don't get it right then yes I've had to come back and get my correct order. She acted as if they aren't capable of getting people's food wrong or making mistakes it's always the customers fault. She got loud with me in front of other customers and the employees. She was rude as she could be.

It really pissed me off. She treated me like I didn't matter she just wanted me out of the way. I asked her for her name and she said it with an attitude of course. One of the other employees was getting my food correct and she was very polite and kind.

She was apologizing to me for my experience there once again so I politely thanked her for being so kind. The manager should have been doing that but she was too busy arguing with me instead. I'll admit I did get out of character but only because of the way I was being treated and talked to by your manager. I hope something is done about her and her attitude towards the customers because I feel so violated especially having spent my hard earned money there only to be treated like crap all because of the mistakes they make.

I never asked for all of this. My only purpose for coming there was to buy food, enjoy it and go on about my day.

How many mistakes have they made (you referenced "many") before you just now realize you need to check your orders before leaving the store? Fast Food places have high turnover and it's often kids working, so if you have kids who are new, there are going to be mistakes. The manager will probably not allow you to come back and claim wrong food again, just based on what she said about you keep doing this.

It's their job to make sure customers get what they ask for and pay for. It's not her place to allow me anything .

As long as my food has been paid for it should be correct. So I'm not concerned about her allowing me anything I spend my money where I chose to and if it's there it should be what I asked for

A group of 8 friends/ coworkers from a majorly huge company here in the valley and throughout the world, wanted to experience a night at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers. We planned it so those coming from New Mexico would have time to plan their stay and schedule.

As soon as tickets became available, we bought out the table of 8. 3 days before the game, they canceled our seats there to give to someone more important than us and moved our seats to a non food section without calling and asking. The whole reason for getting together was to enjoy the food at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers. They didn't feel bad at all what they did to us.

I guess that out $1000 we spent on the seats weren't good enough for them. I had to call everyone to cancel their plans that they were looking forward to for over a month. I'm now a Dodger fan thanks to them and will never have a team builder for our company at Chase field again.

Poor business decision on their part to think we weren't as important as those they gave our seats to. Dbacks suck!

I've been using this company for some time now and after the wire card fraud everything was ok until this month. They have cancelled my payment of 10.000 euros and never returned back.

It's been more than 10 business days and every time I speak to the useless support I get the same answer, they are all like robots and cannot actually do anything to help you resolve real issue. We are speaking 10.000 euros!! I cannot get in touch with anyone else than the incompetent support and cannot I cannot get a real answer about if and how my issue is being resolved. They will send you noreplay email!!

I'm livid because I was dining at your pine Island Cape Coral FL EST and not Only the "Emotional" support dog urinated from my booth while walking past but it Was NOT a ESA! It was a large longed haired dog with absolutely nothing to establish it Was a "ESA"!

It stood on the Booth and was hand fed by the gentleman More than once that brought it in, it was right next to The servers big tray while she was putting the food down ,and it was putting it's paws on the Booth when not being hand fed! There's an ordinance in Cape Coral that states any service animal is NOT allowed near or on the seating areas, Not to be fed, Not to be near utensils,plates,tables, to sit in an outside area,etc... I have pictures of all of This if you need to see them?! The manager didn't apologize to me when the dog urinated nor did not do anything else.

The hosts dry mopped the area and put a wet floor sign up...that's Gross especially in a restaurant! . The manager stated they called ahead and he told them it was ok to bring the dog inside beforehand.. what about all us patrons that were appalled that it wasn't a "ESA" long haired unkept bigger dog eating off the table by its owner, urinated while walking,and allergic?!

I asked for a box and tossed my food out at home. I'm disgusted... A gentleman asked to be moved with his wife...the mgr will Tell you because the table was wobbly but he requested it directly next to me: it was because of the dog!

Wasted over 50$$ Will pursue this because no one will call from Corp I don't want to speak to this manager again... The in the restraunt conversation was Blaise Not even an apology!

That is indeed not a service animal. A service animal would lie at the owner's feet and not beg for food or urinate on the floor.

The problem is, the manager can't risk kicking the person out if they insist it is a service animal.

What was within his power was to apologize to all the diners and offer the ones nearby a discount. Sorry that happened to you.

Bought a computer for app $600 20** - **/10/23 - My wallet was stolen 12/10/23 - lost contact with Citi Bank - no monthly statement contested and wanted paper bill 02/20/24 - April - May - June - no paper statement contested any late fees - because of the stolen wallet I was advised not to use internet for security reasons Paid all credit interest fees in September in full after asking for a review and paid all of the final bill in full I have diagnosed Parkinsons disease I ask for a complete copy of all phone conversations where I contested the late fees - Why did it take six months to get a paper statement? Well, I invited a friend over to dinner knowing that I can't even cook, so then I had to go looking around grocery stores for inspiration. Came across these Marie Callenders beef pot roast bowl meals and decided to try and pull it off as if I made it myself. So I bought a total of four as they have so very little amount in the bowl it would be too ridiculous to pretend as if I cooked it myself if I didn't have enough so yeah lol Its deceptive, but I can't cook anything and I wanted to impress my guest but these meals are so bad I wound up embarrassing myself at the dinner so even tho I spent time cutting up bell pepper and extra onions and dicing some garlic the meal tasted disgusting the beef wasn't tender the gravy had an unpleasant aftertaste there were way too many carrots and potatoes, and we wound up basically only eating the jasmine rice because the main course was nasty and unpalatable.

I haven't tried that particular one, but their meals fill me up. I don't have to go for 2 at a time.

1. why didn't you do a test run and try it ahead of time? 2. why didn't you just go to an Italian restaurant and get a pasta and garlic bread to go?

BTW: to make that particular meal, you don't have to know how to cook. All you had to do was throw all the raw ingredients in a crock pot.

Swagbucks - To find out where my points are for many unanswered TICKETS

Ive been on Swagbucks for a long time now and have been very happy with the customer service. The customer service representatives answered me back within two days of any of my inquiries and provided me back with refunding my points to me.

These past two weeks I have been doing surveys on Swagbucks and theres always been an issue. Ive been sending tickets and no one has returned myemails or provided me back with the rewards that I was due. Im even waiting for a gift card of $25

Im so disappointed with Swagbucks.

All I want are my points back and my Amazon card to be released. I have about eight tickets in and I have still not heard anything back.

Malwarebytes - Live Chat Personnel

Do you have a person named Jasmine who is a live chat agent for your customer service?

I conducted a live chat with a person I assumed was a Malwarebytes representative. She told me a person named "Mike Smith" would be calling from a specific telephone number.

That phone number contacted me and "Jasmine" told me to answer it. I spent a long time with "Mike Smith," who proceeded to bilk me out of $400. I assume the "Malwarebytes" site I visited was a bogus site but can't turn up anything obvious in my search history for that date.

Every nerve was screaming "SCAM" but since I was dealing with what I thought was a legitimate Malwarebytes-recommended tech rep, all would be made clear eventually. Eventually I decided that there's no fool like an old fool.

My Credit Card was hacked and charges were made to Uber

On March 25, 2024 I received a text from the Chase Fraud Line 3:50 AM stating someone was trying to use my credit card and trying to charge 250.00 to Uber. This was not me as I do not have an Uber account and I have never used Uber.

I have looked and tried many numbers trying to contact your company and there is not a number that I can speak to someone regarding these charges.

Chase of course declined the $250.00 charge but on March 22, 2024 I had a charge for 13.79 and another charge on March 23, 2024 for 73.92. Please let me know how I can speak to someone regarding these fraudulent charges.

Uber app auto updating twice and then not letting me cancel ride caused missed train

Hello,

Im emailing today about to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your app. Earlier today at around 2:50 pm, I picked up my phone to order an Uber for a train that was supposed to come at about 3:26.

The app said I needed to update before I could use it, so I updated, it took about 3 minutes, then once the update finished, I tried to open the app, and once again, it said I needed to update to use the app, so after about 6 minutes of waiting, I finally opened your app, and quickly put in my destination, and saw it the closest driver was 12 minutes away (I live in an urban area) so I canceled it hoping to get something that was sooner since I saw there were closer cars in the area. I tried about 4 to 5 times to cancel the ride, and after a few more minutes it finally let me cancel and try to get a new ride, but it glitched out so I had to restart the app to get a new ride, from there I got someone 8 minutes away, which would barely be makable, so I hit confirm, and my app crashed.

So I brought it up again and hit confirm, the ride came and it went smoothly, but I missed my train by about 2 minutes. Missing my train after all of this *** with your unbelievably slow app and requiring to update twice for some reason, gives me ground to believe I deserve a refund on this ride that took 20 extra minutes to get.
